We may also collect non-identifiable information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, or site usage data, through cookies or analytics tools. This type of information does not include PHI.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Direct you to secure platforms for scheduling, communication, and payment.
  • Provide counseling services once you become a client.

HIPAA-Compliant Communication and COPPA

To protect your confidentiality, all sensitive information is processed only through HIPAA-compliant platforms with whom we hold separate Business Associate Agreements such as:

  • Google Workspace for emails storage
  • Theranest/Ensora for secure scheduling, communication, records, and payment processing. 

Our website hosting provider, SiteGround, is not HIPAA-compliant. For this reason, no Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored or transmitted through SiteGround.

This website and the services described are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been submitted through this website, we will promptly delete it.

Payment Processing

All payments for counseling services are handled securely through Theranest/Ensora, HIPAA-compliant platforms that use industry-standard encryption and data protection safeguards. We do not process or store payment card details directly on our website.

Information Sharing

We value your privacy. Any information you submit through HIPAA-compliant forms or our secure email system is protected. Please do not include sensitive health information if using unencrypted forms of communication.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may only be disclosed if required by law or with your explicit consent.
